Fondation Recipients are growing the Canadian Health Care Forests Initiative

The Forget For A Moment Foundation is proud to highlight its collaboration with the Canadian Coalition for Green Health Care as part of the national Canadian Health Care Forests initiative—an inspiring movement recognizing health care and long-term care establishments across the country that are reimagining their environments by integrating nature into the heart of care.

More than simply a map of projects, the initiative celebrates the leadership of hospitals, long-term care homes, and care environments that are making a concrete commitmentto improving quality of life by bringing nature indoors and outdoors.

Through this collaboration, all health care and long-term care establishments that received a JASMA Healthcare Planter, a green wall installation, or participate in the Blooming Moments program will be recognized and featured on the Canadian Health Care Forests map for their commitment to integrating nature to support the well-being of residents, patients, families, and staff.
Across both Ontario and Québec, participating establishments are demonstrating that integrating nature into care settings is not a luxury, but a meaningful and practical approach that promotes calm, reduces stress, and contributes to more human and dignified care.

The Forget For A Moment Foundation is proud to contribute to this growing national movement—supporting care environments where nature becomes an essential source of comfort, human connection, and well-being. 
This collaboration reflects a shared vision between the Foundation and the Coalition:Bringing nature into health care—inside and out.

Do You Issue Tax Receipts?

Yes. Official income tax receipts are issued for all donations. If you make a donation online, you will receive your receipt via email. In order to receive your income tax receipt by mail, please ensure your return address is correct.
