Exactly "A Year ago", our second project was completed: a living wall in the Lionel-Émond (formely Foyer du Bonheur) Residential and Long-Term Care Centre in Gatineau, Québec.
It was on the very eve of the complete confinement imposed on the residents of the Centre because of COVID-19. We did not even have time to have the light system installed! So, for the first few months, only the personnel of the Centre could enjoy the benefits of this piece of nature on their morale. Then, in the summer, residents had access to it as well and we could have the lighting installed. The green wall has become a site of gathering and festivities according to the season. Today, it is in full splendour, as can be seen on the picture at the bottom.
